When traveling around some London Borough's you can recycle Plastic, Newspapers Tins cans & Glass bottles outside Train or Tube stations but there is nowhere for people to put their old papers cans or plastic bottles outside Croydon Station's and North End Surrey Street this would help people recycle because you are not going to go down to Factory Lane with each used Newspapers or Plastic Water bottles.Plastic WE NEED RECYCLING BINS where visitors can see them. When will Council Tenants get recycling facilities for plastic bottles on housing estates ?
