Why can’t I add my event to the site?

This site is only a community involvement tool. Organisers may have many projects they wish to publicise online, but only platforms and events which aim to collect public opinion or input are suitable for inclusion on Talk2Croydon. If in doubt contact admin.

If I see something I consider to be offensive on the site what should I do?

If it's in a discussion flag it as offensive. Contact site admin directly if it is elsewhere on the site or in an email sent by a site member directly to you.

Why does my nice formatting disappear when I paste from Word (or any other editor)?

For security reasons we limit the kinds of formatting we allow to be posted on the site. Unfortunately this means that you will not be able to paste special formatting into your entries.

How do I add an event to the calendar?

Events can only be added from Involvement structures by the host of the structure. If you are not a host and want your event posted on the site, please contact admin.
