A Voice for My Community is a support and development programme for representatives connected to The Croydon Community Network. The programme uses the most up-to-date participatory methods. Whilst being responsive to the diversity of Croydon communities the programme is respectful to individual support needs.

'A Voice for My Community' programme includes: * Training and seminars on local issues * Training on best parctice in community involvement * Skills training to help with negotiation, presentation and campaigning etc * Shadowing key decision makers in Croydon * Small burseries for the training and development of each representative.
