Is the Community Network reaching all communities?

So, this network is supposed to be a network of networks. Is that the case or not. Not really sure and you?

If you want to make contact with arts groups, the Counci has Community Development Officers within the Arts Service that have contact with community arts groups and arts groups are also members of the Cultural Partnership Forum, a multi-agency partnership managed by Counci officers and which comes under the Cultural Partnership. I'm sure that the Community network is not reaching all Croydon Communities. I know that we could do much better at reaching traveller communities, arts groups & environmental groups. What do you think?
