The Housing Disability Panel meets three times a year and provides Croydon Council tenants and leaseholders with a forum in which housing-related disability issues can be raised. The lastest minutes are attached;if you would like to have your say about any of the issues raised please post your comments here. The Leaseholder panel meets three times a year. It is a forum for Croydon Council Leaseholders to meet with Officers from the Housing Department and discuss issues relating to services that leaseholders use. Any Croydon Council leaseholders are welcome to attend.

A small group of residents met last year to discuss the Resident Participation pages of the Councils's website. The Action Plan is attached and we would welcome any further comments and suggestions from residents who use these pages. You can reach the website via the links section on the previous page.

Using Talk2Croydon

The Resident Participation Team are keen to use Talk2Croydon to enable more residents to have their say about the services we provide. One way of doing this is to attach the minutes of recent panel meetings, to allow people who are unable to attend meetings the chance to comment. We would like to hear your views about how we can best use this site to consult Council tenants and leaseholders.

The Leaseholder Panel meets three times a year. It is a forum for Croydon Council Leaseholders to meet with Council Officers and discuss issues of common interest or concern. You may not be able to attend meetings but still want to get involved. The Minutes from the lastest meeting are posted here and you can have your say about any of the items discussed or use this forum to raise issues of your own.
