I have no difficulty with the collection people taking four or six bags ... but it does help if we put the bags in an easily accessible location on the right day so that it makes life easy on the collectors. I have also had no problem with the bags being left after emptying ... despite the wind ... because I leave them with a brick on top and I find them, emptied, with my brick on top (thank you, collectors!).
