 <description>South Vale is a residential street in Upper Norwood. It&#039;s a narrow street and traffic speeds down, often driving with two wheels on the pavement. The Housing Department&#039;s Community Development Team have consulted residents living in what is known as the Green Lane area.  The area covers Golf Close/Willowtree Way to Camden Gardens/Windsor Road inclusive and part of Norbury Avenue to part of Green Lane inclusive.
